A lot of this assumes you have access to chemistry, Jaws of Life, and an EMP. Which you may not actually have.
Thankfully, getting these and/or alternatives to these is fairly easy, even without heavy access.
Thermite can be made with Iron, Aluminum and Oxygen, all three can be aquired by grinding iron sheets, empty soda cans, and Canned Air/Space Cigaretes.
Jaws speed up the process of breaking intom the core, but you can just use a toolbox or any sort of decent weapon to smash the windoor. If you have a laser you can also just shoot the AI directly.
EMPs similarly can be obtained by grinding Iron, Aluminum and Uranium together which detonate on mix.
