Simple roundstart setup. You want to slowly raise the percentage of plasma going in as you burn plasma quick. even something like 50:50 oxy:plas is recommended after a few minutes of burning
You should have some tritium made after a few minutes. Now you need Nitrogen which, when combined with trit at now temperatures, creates hypernobellium which creates a LOT of pressure. In this case, the pressure is explosive.
You want to get two empty tanks and fill them with 20 KPA of trit and 380 KPA of nitrogen, both at 13K respectively, and attach them to a valve.
You now have a nice hypernob TTV! you can test its explosive power with the anomaly refiners simulator. If you click open valve and react and you see 'Hyper-Noblium Condensation and a really big pressure number, that means its ready!
